A uniquely intense, creamy and velvety experience, the intensity of Rivareno gelato’s flavours is unrivalled.  Their ultra-fresh gelato is produced daily in the in-store “laboratorio” just a few hours before serving. They use one of the best milks in Italy, coming from pastures high up in the Stura Valley, Piedmont, between the Maritime and Cottian Alps, which form the border between France and Italy.
Before being presented to customers, every flavor in Rivareno, has to pass one simple test: blindfolded and with no prior knowledge, one should be able to identify the flavor immediately.
