Housed in the historic former tyre factory at 10 Neild Avenue, Bar M is our younger expression of the Italian cuisine we are famous for, sourcing the best local and imported produce and prepared under the skilful guidance of Paola Toppi.
Bar M will be offering a rotating selection of antipasti and our signature house-made pasta. We employ traditional Italian techniques to create pasta with a silky texture that feels light to the mouth. Our signature pastas include spaghetti with king prawns, mushroom, garlic, chilli and basil, pappardelle with white bolognese and cherry tomatoes, or baby gnocchi with sweetened blue cheese.
Bar M’s beverages complement our strong Italian focus, with the selection of wine expressing the contrasting regionality of Italian viniculture. The cocktail list is built on Italian classics with a Mediterranean twist and includes barrel-aged Negroni made with grappa, our signature Bellini and Tiramisu Martini.
