Moretti Ristorante Pizzeria first opened its doors in 1997, when Ilario Ventolini set about creating an Italian restaurant specializing in Roman-style pizza and simple but flavourful foods. Since then, Moretti’s has become a favorite with Sydney’s Italian community and lovers of Italian food alike. Our motto is “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”. Real Italian food is about simplicity. The focus is on sourcing the most exquisite produce possible.
