Osteria Emilia is a place where traditional recipes from Emilia Romagna meet seasonal, certified organic and biodynamic ingredients. Fresh house-made organic pastas are just the beginning. Slow cooked dishes, fresh seasonal vegan specials and traditional dolce along with a fine selection of organic wines are all at our tables.
To achieve this Anna Maria works closely with our local farms to choose the best seasonal organic ingredients for her kitchen and, if you are in the mood, she will arrange a class in our cooking school so you can bring the experience home with you. Come and enjoy a truly traditional experience.
