The essence of the menu is driven by Chef Francesco’s and Chef Ciro’s passion to showcase quality Italian products and their love and respect for 18th century Neapolitan cuisine. This journey commenced back in 1996 when the 3 owners – Francesco, Ciro & Massimo, all Neapolitan, met in Sydney and instantly connected. They all had a sincere love for Napoli, respect and passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a common dream: to open their own restaurant one day and bring the essence of Neapolitan dining to Sydney.
It’s our pleasure to invite you to Napule` – to taste and experience the culture and passion we have tried to reflect in our menu. The menu would not be complete without the ‘Perfect Coffee’. For those of you who have been to Napoli, will know that the coffee in Naples is unique – Massimo has spent the past 18 years blending and roasting coffee to create the ‘perfect Napule`expresso’ – a blend we hope takes you across the globe and back home to ‘Golfo Di Napoli’.
